At Humans at Help Foundation (HAHF), we believe that no one should face hardship alone. Founded in 2017 and based in Skokie, Illinois, we are a trusted, grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential support to individuals and families in need.
Through our growing network of volunteers, donors, and community partners, we serve hundreds of people each month with food, clothing, emergency aid, energy assistance, and mental health support. We exist to restore dignity, promote self-reliance, and build resilience across our neighborhoods.

Food Pantry Services: Operating every Monday and Saturday, our food pantry provides essential groceries to families experiencing food insecurity in Skokie and surrounding areas.โ

Community Free Store: Offering clothing, shoes, household items, and hygiene products at no cost, ensuring dignity and support for those in need.โ
- LIHEAP Energy Assistance: Helping low-income households apply for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) to manage utility bills and prevent service interruptions.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training: Providing certified training sessions to equip community members with the skills to identify and respond to mental health crises.โ
